I know it is kind of late to share what I have been done during CNY 2015, but, I still wish to mark it down as a memory.
CNY eve - '30 Meh'
My family had steamboat as our CNY reunion dinner at night time. Grandpa, uncle, aunt and cousins came to my house for dinner as well. I love to eat steamboat, especially I can enjoy eating together with all my beloved ones.
In the evening, I helped mum to prepare all the dishes, unpacked it, cut and washed it.
This was the first time we had 'yu sheng' during our reunion dinner. I ordered Sushi King 'Yu Sheng' few days ago before CNY eve, and brother helped to collect it before came back for reunion dinner.
'Yu Sheng' usually consists of strips of raw fish (most commonly salmon), mixed with shredded vegetables and a variety of sources and condiments, among other ingredients.
Group photo before we had our 'Lou Sang'. :)
We tossed the ingredients into the air with chopsticks, while at the same time, shouted some good new year phrases out loud, such as "HENG, ONG, HUAT AR~!" to bring fortunes to everyone of us in year 2015.
