Japan Natural Foot Pad Sheet Review

Today, I would like to blog about my review of Japan Natural Foot Pad Sheet. I've heard of foot detox pad and wanted to have a try on it as it will benefits users from reducing body toxins while sleeping. I bought this foot pad at Daiso Japan which available at many shopping malls in Penang, it only costs me RM5. Watsons, Guardian and some pharmacies shops are selling similar types of food pad sheets.

At first, I just want to have a try and did not expect the outcome to be good. But surprisingly, the outcome is good and it amazed me. It is advisable to stick it on feet for at least 6 hours for better results. I stick it on my feet before I went to sleep and removed it the next day when I woke up.

There were a lot of different brands of foot pad sheet selling at Daiso. I bought the rose flavor, and there are 2 foot pads in 1 pack.

This is what I've found from the Internet about foot pad detox sheet.
" Foot patches were created in Japan as a method of body detoxification, according to The Japan Times Online. The patches are worn on the bottom of your feet and are intended to rid your body of toxic chemicals or poisons when you are sleeping. Herbs and plant extracts, as well as wood vinegar and the mineral tourmaline, are common ingredients in the patches. Supporters of the products claim the patches lower your blood pressure, improve sleep, help you lose weight and reduce your likelihood for depression and other health risks. "

At the back of the packaging, as we can see, it is full of Japanese words. The manufacturer has provided English explanation as well so that other consumers from worldwide can try this product.

There is a short description with pictures to show consumers steps by steps on how to stick these pads on the bottom of feet. It actually very easy to use / stick on. Although I do not understand Japanese language, I can still refer to the pictures for the steps. Hence, it is not a problem for those who are not understand Japanese language.

Top photo = After it being worn at the bottom of my feet. The pink colour pack is the so-called herbal                             medicine. It smells like Chinese herbal.

Bottom photo = After removed it. My leg is yellowish and a lil bit sticky.

There is a product sheet provided by manufacturer. It is like wet tissue, I used it to clean my feet after I removed the pads as my legs are sticky. If we do not want to use the provided product sheet, we can use our own wet tissue.

Oh My God~!!!
Look at the results. It looks so disgusting.
It means that there is lots of toxins inside my body and I never realize about it.
And, the next day when I woke up, I feel relaxed and my legs are not tired anymore.
It is worth to buy as it is not expensive and it actually helps us to get rid of harmful toxic from our body.
It is easy to use, we just need to stick it on our feet before we go to bed.

I will definitely re-purchase it again and I'm planning to use it once a week to have better outcome and keep my body healthy. :)

 Till then.
